Board of Directors

The Holy Trinity Board of Directors plays an important role in guiding the vision and future of our school. Working collaboratively, the Board helps establish long-term goals, provide oversight, and ensure that Holy Trinity remains focused on its mission and commitment to excellence in faith and education.

The Board serves as a steward of the school’s future by supporting strategic planning, sound governance, and accountability. While the Board provides leadership and direction, the day-to-day operations of the school are entrusted to the administration and staff, allowing them to focus on creating an enriching environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Together, the Board and school leadership work to ensure that Holy Trinity continues to be a place where students are encouraged to know, love, and serve God in all we do.

Board Responsibilities

The Board of Directors is responsible for providing guidance and oversight in key areas including:

• Strategic planning for the future growth and success of Holy Trinity
• Development and review of local school policies in the areas of:

  • Academic Affairs
  • Student Affairs
  • Faith Community Affairs
  • Business Affairs
  • Development Affairs

All local policies remain consistent with Diocesan policies and reserved powers.

• Evaluation of:

  • The Principal according to the Superintendent of Schools process
  • Effectiveness of local school policies and plans
  • Effectiveness of Board operations
  • Mission effectiveness

• Oversight of financial operations

• Oversight of and participation in advancement and development efforts designed to strengthen and support our school community

• Continued focus on mission effectiveness and ensuring Holy Trinity remains faithful to its Catholic identity and purpose

Meeting Dates

Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the school cafeteria.
