Reporting Your Child’s Absence

If your student will be absent, let us know as soon as possible by calling 616-784-0696 or by filling out this form.

When reporting an absence, please include:

  • Your child’s name & grade
  • The dates they’ll be out
  • The reason (illness, appointment, family plans, etc.)

This helps us keep our records accurate and ensure everyone stays safe. Thanks for working with us—we appreciate you!
