The Holy Trinity Auction Committee plays an important role in supporting the mission and future of our school through one of our largest annual fundraising events. Working together, committee members help plan, organize, and create a memorable experience that brings together families, parishioners, alumni, and supporters in celebration of our school community.
The Auction Committee serves as a steward of one of Holy Trinity’s most impactful fundraising traditions by helping provide resources and opportunities that directly benefit our students, staff, and school programs. Through teamwork, creativity, and service, the committee helps strengthen our school while fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
Together, the Auction Committee and school leadership work to ensure Holy Trinity continues to be a place where students are encouraged to know, love, and serve God in all we do.
Committee Responsibilities
The Auction Committee provides support and leadership in areas including:
• Planning and organization of the annual school auction
• Soliciting sponsorships and donations from local businesses and supporters
• Coordinating auction items, baskets, raffles, and special event opportunities
• Assisting with decorations, setup, and event logistics
• Promoting the event and increasing community involvement
• Supporting volunteer recruitment and coordination
• Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests and participants
• Assisting with advancement and fundraising efforts that strengthen and support Holy Trinity Catholic School
