Home & School Association

The Holy Trinity Home & School Association is a welcoming community of parents and guardians dedicated to supporting our students, strengthening our school family, and enriching the experience of every child. Through volunteer opportunities, special events, fundraising efforts, and school projects, Home & School helps provide meaningful experiences and supports the needs of our students, staff, and parish community.

Whether you enjoy planning events, helping behind the scenes, volunteering at school activities, or simply connecting with other Holy Trinity families, there is a place for everyone to become involved. Together, we help create a vibrant school community where our mission to know, love, and serve God in all we do comes to life.

Meeting Information

Home & School meetings are held every other month on the second Monday at 5:30 PM in the 7th Grade Classroom.

All parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Volunteer Opportunities

Birthday Coordinator 🎉

Help make each student’s birthday feel extra special by preparing and delivering birthday bags throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and label birthday bags from a provided list
Deliver completed bags to school
Stay within the provided budget and submit receipts

Volunteer Need: 1 person
Time Commitment: Flexible scheduling with approximately 150 bags annually

Feast Day Coordinator ✝️

Help celebrate special saint feast days and strengthen our Catholic identity within the school community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare prayer cards and student treats
Follow saint selections provided by Mrs. Murphy and Fr. Chris
Stay within the provided budget and submit receipts

Volunteer Need: 1 person
Time Commitment: A few hours of preparation for each feast day

Thanksgiving Feast 🍂

Help organize and create a memorable Thanksgiving celebration for our students.

Responsibilities:

Purchase supplies using provided guidelines
Assist with meal preparation and serving
Coordinate collection of meal fees

Volunteer Need: 2 lead volunteers with additional support volunteers

Time Commitment: One shopping/preparation day and feast day participation

Room Parents 🎈

Help create meaningful classroom experiences and special memories throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate classroom parties (Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day)
Assist with Thanksgiving Feast preparations
Help students create auction projects during Catholic Schools Week

Volunteer Need: 1 to 2 volunteers per classroom

Time Commitment: Varies by grade level and event schedule
