Home and School


The Home and School Association is a fun and welcoming community of parents and guardians dedicated to enriching student life at Holy Trinity! Through special projects, events, and fundraising, we support school programs, staff, and parish needs. Whether you love planning, helping out, or just connecting with others, there’s a place for you to make a difference!

Meeting Dates:


Meetings are held every other month on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 PM in the 7th grade classroom. Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings.

Birthday Coordinator


Put together and deliver birthday bags for students!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble & label bags from a provided list
  • Drop them off at school
  • Stick to the $150 budget & submit receipts

Who? Just one person!

Time? A few hours on your schedule—monthly or over the summer. 150 bags/year.

Feast Day Coordinator


Help celebrate three special saint feast days!

 What You’ll Do:

  • Prep prayer cards & treats for students
  • Use saint choices from Mrs. Murphy & Father Chris
  • Stick to the $150 budget & submit receipts

Who? Just one person!

Time? A few hours per feast day for prep (printing, assembling treats).

Thanksgiving Feast


Plan a special feast for students!

What You’ll Do:

  • Purchase supplies (guidelines provided)
  • Help with meal prep & serving
  • Collect $3 per student for the meal

Who? 2 people (plus extra volunteers provided)

Time? One day to shop & help on feast day.

Room Parents


Help plan fun class parties & special events!

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate 3 class parties (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s)
  • Assist with Thanksgiving feast prep (peeling, prepping, etc.)
  • Help students create auction items during Catholic Schools Week

Who? 1-2 people per class

Time? Varies by grade & event
